Middlebridge School Planned Giving
Plan for the students we love and a future we can all build together.
Since many legacy gifts do not require you to part with assets during your lifetime, you may be able to make your most significant contributions to Middlebridge School through your estate plans. By remembering Middlebridge in your estate plans, you will help to transform the future. Legacy gifts are 100% deductible for estate tax purposes.
With a planned gift to Middlebridge School, you can combine both your desire to help diverse learners and your overall financial, tax, and estate planning goals. Planned giving gives you a special connection with our school. You will help children with learning differences — for now and for years to come.
“Of course I have Middlebridge School in my will. This school transformed our family’s lives. They didn’t just help our son, they helped all of us. I will be forever grateful.”

Middlebridge Alumni Mom and Founding Trustee
Gift in your will or living trust.
A simple way to make a long-term impact.
A gift in your will is a meaningful way to support Middlebridge School. It is also a simple, flexible, and affordable way to help families struggling with learning differences. There are few harder days at our school than when we meet a family whose child is a perfect fit for the work we do here and yet there is no way they will ever be able to afford the tuition. Your planned gift to our scholarship fund can help that child come to Middlebridge.
You can complete your gift by including one sentence in your will. And because your gift is not realized until after your lifetime, it costs you nothing today. Finally, if your life or financial circumstances change, you can amend your gift or change your mind at any time.
No matter the size, a gift in your will to Middlebridge School will forever change the lives of our students and their families.
Beneficiary Designations
An easy way to help our families.
In just a few minutes, you can make a lasting impact and it won't affect your current budget. Simply name Middlebridge School as a beneficiary of one of your assets, such as:
• IRAs or retirement plan
• Life insurance policy
• Commercial annuity
It only takes three steps to make this type of gift. Here's how to name Middlebridge School as a beneficiary:
1. Contact your retirement plan administrator, insurance company, bank or financial institution for a change-of-beneficiary form.
2. Decide what percentage (1 to 100) you would like Middlebridge School to receive and name us, along with the percentage you chose, on the beneficiary form.
3. Return the completed form to your plan administrator, insurance company, bank or financial institution.
Gifts That Pay…
Charitable Gift Annuities
Turn your generosity into lifetime income.
When you are looking for ways to help Middlebridge School with our mission, you shouldn't feel like you are choosing between your philanthropic goals and financial security. One gift that allows you to support Middlebridge School’s work while receiving fixed payments for life is a charitable gift annuity.
Not only does this gift provide you with regular payments and allow us to further our work, but when you create a charitable gift annuity with Middlebridge School, you can receive a variety of tax benefits, including a federal income tax charitable deduction.
